Operational resilience is the ability and requirement for a business to identify, control, mitigate, manage and recover from any operational disruptions. Our operational resilience templates and toolkit relate specifically to the FCA regulated activity requirements under SYSC 15A. However, the templates can be customised by any business type or industry to meet statutory obligations to have business continuity and wind down planning policies in place.
