I Have Just Placed An Order – When Will My Documents Be Sent?

Once you have placed your order and made payment, our team will send you a confirmation email with your products attached and details on how to use our documents. 90% of order are sent within 30 mins of the order being placed, however we do experience some busy periods where delivery can take slightly longer.

Order are always sent on the same day with the exception of the Weekend when most orders will be sent out on the following Monday.

Printed orders such as our posters are sent out by First Class Royal Mail and are tube wrapped for extra protection. If you place your order before 11am, it will be mailed out the same day, order placed after 11am will be sent the following day.

Are Your Printed Formats High Quality?

Yes, we use a professional printer for all of our printed options and we also choose the premium mediums for a high quality finish. Our in-house graphic designers create print-ready formats which printers can handle straight away, including bleed areas and safe zones. All printers are taken from our CMYK colour, 300dpi resolution image formats.

Are Your Products Professional?

The team at KYC have over 10 years experience in the Financial Services sector, including industries such as Debt Collection, Insurance and Banking. We have developed documents for industry leaders and smaller firms alike and work tirelessly to ensure that we can help to make your compliance program one of the best in the industry.

We know, understand and frequently consult the FCA handbook and associated sourcebooks so that we are on top of the information that is needed most in the compliance products that we create.

What Format are the Digital Documents In?

The format of the products is always noted on the product information page and in the majority of cases, this will be in a .doc format so that you can edit and brand the document. However, some of our ready-made products such as our assessment quizzes are provided in a .pdf format so that you can print and use them. We are happy to sent alternate formats out for all products, simply request this in the notes section when placing your order.

Do You Create Custom Products?

Yes, we are happy to alter any of the existing products with additions such as your own logo or company name for a small additional fee. We also create original designs and products on request to suit your business requirements. These include specific policies, procedures, templates, monitoring forms and many others.
