I Have Just Placed An Order - When Will My Documents Be Sent?

Once you have placed your order and made payment, you can download your documents and VAT invoice from the ‘Order Page’. However, you will also receive an instant confirmation email with a download link and copy invoice should you wish to access your order at a later time.

I have Ordered Posters, How Are They Delivered?

Our A3 Compliance Posters are CMYK, 300dpi resolution for a high quality finish and are delivered by First Class Royal Mail and are tube wrapped for extra protection. Most orders are sent out the same day and are usually received within 2-3 working days (with the exception of Bank Holidays).

Template or Regulation Updates

We constantly research and keep abreast of all regulations and legislation within our remit and aim to give our clients current and up to date content and templates. We only publish updated versions of our documents once a law or regulation has been enforced to reduce multiple changes to existing content. Where advised, we also provide the first annual update after purchase free of charge, which will be delivered by an automatic email to the address used when placing your order.

What Format are the Documents In?

We utilise the latest version of Microsoft Office for our document development, which means you get compatible, flexible documents in universal formats such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Our documents are also compatible with multiple versions of text editing software and will work with older versions of Office where applicable.

I am a Consultant or Business with Clients, Can I Buy From You?

We work with numerous compliance consultants and training providers who don’t want to reinvent the wheel when it comes to compliance templates. We offer a flexible licence program to utilise our content and templates as part of your service provision; offering trainers and consultants market leading compliance templates, without the resources and time required to write them.

We understand that not all consultants require the same level of document provision, which is why we are flexible in our licence agreements. We work with firms who only want to supply 1 or 2 of our documents to a handful of clients, through to those who bulk purchase from us with higher discounts. Businesses using our documents under the licence scheme are free to customise and corporate brand the content.
