Having the ability to gain the necessary documents for a regulated business, in an organised manner, setting out all the relevant processes in a clear and legible manner, makes a huge difference.
The peace of mind and comfort knowing the right evidence is in place ongoing, should the regulator step in the office, is worth every penny. The important piece is making sure you use them, and taking care they reflect your own business. This is NOT a simple copy and paste set of documents.
We have purchased training packages from Know Your Compliance and although we were compliant with online annual training, the in-house delivery and trainer notes have meant that all staff will be trained by their manager(s), on induction, it allows for drilling down, for better understanding with experiential learning.
