OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE

Operational resilience is a company’s ability to identify, control, mitigate, manage and recover from operational disruptions. There are specific FCA regulated businesses who have obligations under handbook module SYSC 15A. These firms must ensure operational resilience and have processes in place to identify, risk assess and respond to disruptions. We have developed a suite of templates and tools suitable for operational resilience management and important business service identification.
