What are Digital Posters?
Know Your Compliance Limited have provided printed office posters for more than 10 years. We know how important staff reminders and support are when it comes to regulatory compliance. However, we also recognise that many firms want to print their own posters or use the content in different ways around the workplace.
That is why we have recently launched our range of digital office posters. Combining our professional, high quality poster designs with the option to print or display as you choose. OUR POSTERS – YOUR WAY!
Print Ready Office Posters
The PDFs included in our compliance office poster sets are print-ready and have been designed to meet the highest print specifications. All PDFs can be printed up to A1 (841mm x 594mm) without loss of detail or quality.
You can choose to print in-house, upload to an online printer or use an independant printing company. Our PDF poster files are provided in both portrait and landscape formats, giving you display choice and options.
Professional Printing Designs as Standard
We’ve been designing print-ready office posters for many years and have worked with many industry professionals. Our graphic design and print expertise mean the finished files are the highest industry standard.
BLEED – The PDFs have been designed to include a 5mm bleed which is industry standard for large format prints. It is a small border that goes around the edge of the design and is trimmed off during printing process. This ensures your finished artwork extends to the edge of the paper without any white borders.
SAFE ZONE – All files have a 10mm ‘safe zone’ included during the poster design process. This guideline is invisible when viewed or print, but is essential to avoid cropping, trimming or warping important content such as text and images.
COLOURS – Our print-ready PDFs are designed in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key/Black) which is the standard colour model for professional printing. This ensures your finished print benefits from an accurate colour representation and consistent print reproductions every time.
CROP MARKS – Crop marks are set at the corners of a page during the design process. The mark is displayed outside the standard print area on a print-ready PDF and tells the printer where they should cut during sheet printing. Additional files are provided in our sets for printers requiring PDFs with crop marks included.
PRINT SIZE – You can print your posters at whatever size suits your budget and office. We have designed the print-ready PDFs to print up to A1 (841mm x 594mm) without any loss of quality, colour or detail.
This means you are free to print A5 desktop leaflet size prompts to remind your staff of their compliance obligations. Alternatively, you can print A1 posters to use on a feature office wall or in business exhibitions.
Digital Display Posters
In addition to the print-ready PDFs included in each set, we have also provided .png files for high resolution digital displays. Designed at 300 dpi in 4K Ultra HD, these portrait and 16:9 aspect ratio files can be used across your business and office. They include the same content and compliance reminders as our professional PDFs and support your staff in a range of compliance areas.
