Introducer Agreement Template

Whilst FCA Handbook section CONC 8 deals specifically with debt management and advice, section 8.9 refers to lead generators, referrers and/or introducers and the FCA requirements on the Consumer Credit firms who use such methods. It is good practice for any regulated firm who uses a lead generator or introducer to pass business or clients to them, to have an agreement in place outlining the requirements and expectations of both parties.
