Our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy comes in a ready-to-use Word format with documented objectives and procedures for complying with the Bribery Act 2010. Although the FCA does not directly enforce the Bribery Act 2010, it is within their regulatory powers to address, fine and/or investigate any regulated firm who fails to adequately the address corruption and bribery risk within their own business. Their scope also includes where these risks arise in relation to third parties acting on behalf of the firm and as such include the necessity to carry out due diligence on all 3rd parties with who you work.
