Vulnerable Customers Policy Template Overview

The FCA defines a Vulnerable Customer as “someone who, due to their personal circumstances, is especially susceptible to harm, particularly when a firm is not acting with appropriate levels of care.” This can include any person who is unable, for whatever reason, to make an informed decision at the time of dealing with them.
